Mosquito bite allergy - blisters?

Grateful for any advice thank you.
I have always been sensitive to bee stings & mosq bites but this summer has been ridiculous. Got three mosq bites (in my garden in the UK) on legs over a period of 1.5 months. Resulted in clusters of blister the size of grapes (will spare you the pics ...). Big challenge to keep clean as they started cracking & seeping as soon as I moved.
Hydrocolloid dressings worked OK (took about 12 days) but 'dry healing' was quicker. Really awkward with clothing, lack of showers etc though.
Mentioned this to friend in Europe who said her kids get the same, GP has put them on special daily tables throughout the summer.
Would it be worth me asking my UK GP for something similar, and if so what?
Many thanks!
