Hi
My nine year old daughter has tested positively for fish allergy, level 17.8 and egg allergy, level 6.65.
Has anybody any idea as to the severity of the fish level. The doctor just said avoid fish and carry antihistamine.
Thanks

what type of fish? it doesnt matter so much about the severity if you are thinking of actual rating of allergy.
you do need to avoid, and avoid it in the unexpected places, such as worcester sauce which has anchovies.

Thanks for reply. The test result just said fish, with no specific type.

My youngest was diagnosed with a nut allergy but he is only allergic to walnuts and can eat other types of nuts. It's amazing how many foods walnuts are hidden in that you wouldn't think of so lots of label reading for you.
