For the last year and a half I have not been able to eat wheat.
The doctor and u worked my diet out to check and yes... It was wheat that was making me feel sick and making my stomach hurt.
Over the last year and a bit I have had a few instances where I have had wheat and it has made me really sick. So it was still there.
Fast forward to a few days ago when I realised the chocolate I was eating had wheat in it and I have been fine.
Yesterday I tried a slice of bread and nothing. Today I had beans on toast with proper bread ( how I have missed this stuff) and I feel fine ( the reaction is normally about two hrs after )
So. Can it go away? As quickly as it came ?
