Freys syndrome or allergy?

I've just started weaning my baby, and there's a couple of things that give her a bit of a rash on her cheek. It's only on one side, and does seem to cause her any discomfort, only seems to flare up when she's had banana or something with apple in.

So, is it an allergy or is it frey's syndrome? I know it's a rare thing but she was delivered by forceps and had a bad mark on that same cheek that didn't fade until around 4 months. I've tried rubbing those foods on a different part of her body and there's no reaction.

Why would you jump to Frey's syndrome before cutting out the possible allergens? Confused

Hi it looks like freys to me. I have just had my daughter diagnosed with the same. Just wondered how you got on with it? There is so little information out there.
