Hi this may seem like a stupid question, but DD has a friend coming for dinner who is completely gluten free. I think coeliacs but not sure. I am completely new to cooking for people with allergies and want to make sure I get it right. Would gluten free pasta with home made meatballs and tomato sauce be ok? I am replacing the breadcrumbs in the meatballs with a mix of cheddar and parmasan.

If you want to buy the meatballs Tesco finest range are GF and they do normal ones and Italian style .

Thankyou. I am going to try and make them but if they go wrong I have time to go to tescos. I am just nervous as I dont cook much anyway. She is a lovely girl and I want to make sure she enjoys her visit.
