Hi, not sure if anyone will be with me on this one but I thought it was worth a try.
DS can't eat dairy or soya. I don't feel it is healthy to eat much wheat.
So many puddings/desserts are wheat and dairy - custard, crumble, pies, yoghurt etc. When they've finished the main course I often feel at a loss. I've tried rice milk custard and it was no good. I've tried rice milk rice pudding and it wasn't very good. All those fill you up things seem out of my reach. Any thoughts/ideas?
