Oatly is nice :)

I tend to use oatly for savoury and koko for sweet. Is she over 1 yet? Can you use almond or rice?

dementedpixie · 29/02/2016 18:56

Rice milk not suitable for under 5s due to arsenic levels

fraggle84 · 29/02/2016 21:18

Yes she had her 1st birthday last week

Been told to avoid rice milk

Oh, our dietitian said its ok over 1 - must have changed the guidelines.

But if over 1, how about almond milk? DS main lines it so it must taste ok!

Have been using the blue packaged oatly here, as that has more calcium in than the organic one.
