I'm bf 10mo twins both of whom react badly to dairy. I've cut dairy out of my diet and they are so much better for it. I did go and see gp after a projectile vomiting post cream cheese but I got the impression he felt I was wasting his time suggested I see hv if symptoms didn't settle. I went to see hv who's new and I suspect a bit useless given that she was very vague and was supposed to get back to me and hasn't. I'm just wondering is it worth chasing? I mean they are fine weightwise and they're very content since I stopped dairy. I just feel like I should be getting some support/ advice. I just don't really what I should push for if anything?

You don't have to, but it maybe useful especially when you think about re- introducing dairy.
