Pregnancy health problems

Im pregnant with second child now but ever since ive found out ive been very unwell, ive had urine infections bad headaches neck pains the flu kidney infections, alot! which i never had in my first pregnancy, anyone else have any of these and have tips on how to manage these pains? ive been to docs and been subscribed Antibiotics and Paracetemol but nothing seems to work

I had this, and I'm afraid all you can do is rest! Was on bed rest from 19 weeks pregnant coz my blood pressure went thro the roof. It turned out (for me, I'm not trying to scare u, sorry) it was group b strep which went undiagnosed til baby was v poorly, he's fine now! But it's a simple test and probably worth ruling it out.
Hard to rest with a little one running around but try as much as poss, it's easier when thier born :p

really? what does that mean? sorry thats the first ive ever heard of it? did the doctors pick up on it at your scan or any maternity appointments?

It's a swab test that u can ask ur midwife about or get done privately, then if it's positive u get antibs at labour to help if transfered to baby. Really small chance tho so please don't worry! It may just be ur having really bad luck. Go onto the group b strep website or give them a ring, they were really supportive when my small one was poorly.good luck!
