Having a bad IBS attack so I'm extreme FODMAPping
So what can I make with:
Meat
Potatoes
Carrots
Beetroot
Parsnip (which I hate)
Turnip/swede (not keen)
& which squash are the least stringy?
I think everything else is off limits - between FOMAP & my own intolerances I'm stuffed
I foresee a large quantity of soup/stew in my future & they are boring without onions & garlic 
That'll teach me to have a J2O
