Nettle type rash in patches over dd(18mo)

dd has come out in patches of nettle type rash, red with white raised lumps. hasnt eatne anything unusal, seems in good spirits , rash appearing disappearing in diff spots... nots sure what cause dit or what to do???

Heat rash?

sounds like urticaria which can be an allergic reaction. DS gets it after eating egg but DH can develop it after being out in the cold. Is very itchy usually you could give piriton

she does have a cold. called nhs direct they said loads of children at moment with rashes and conjunctavitis (sp) whichshe also has. said give piriton if it gets worse... dd1 is allergic to egg, but dd2 has not reacted to it. hasnt eatne anything diff today, going down now, prob just part of virus... kids eh! always something!

My 15 month old started with a rash 2 weeks ago. looked like chicken pox at first as red spots but didnt blister. Turned into big red blothes sounds like hives but it does not bother him and not itchy. Doctor not helpful and said allergic reaction. Unsure if its something he has eaten but he hasnt had anything new), something in the garden or at nursery.

Im writing down everything he eats to see if I can get a pattern but still stuck
