Best allergy/intolerance testing?

Hi all, I've been on MN for aaaaaaaaaages but have name changed due to a very nosey husband!!
Anyhoo, I'm sick of being fobbed off by various GP's with peppermint oil and various types of poop softeners and blood tests coming back as normal and not being referred to some sort of specialist for further testing r.e my various stomach and skin complaints (which I just know is food related) . . .
. . . so I'm hoping that the mumsnet universe can recommend some other way of getting a comprehensive allergy/intolerence test?? I've heard of the"York Test", my cousin used it and turned out she is allergic to coconut, but has anyone used this or can another company be recommended?? I'm a bit wary of having to pay so much money but I'm completely and utterly fed up of being fobbed off. Thanks in advance .

I would like to know this too! Sorry, that's not much help.

I have heard of Kinetic testing but no idea how good it is.

ladders, food diarying with food trialling is the gold standard. sorry its not an easy fix. a good kinesiologist should be able to help point you in the right direction to start though.
