Just wondering if there are any around with more than Cheezley (0.2g per 100g as opposed to 0.74 for cheese)? Struggling a bit on the calcium front atm and not seeing dietician til mid Jan.

thanks

I know nothing about soya cheese, but can maybe recommend another source of calcium - you know the tinned red salmon with (soft) bones in? That's meant to be a good source ...

tahini has calcium
as do vege such as brocolli
soya and rice based products often come calcium enriched

eat vit c foods at same time to heighten calciuzm absorption.
