Dr has blood results but won't give them to me until next week?

My daughter had a blood test on Friday, had a letter today from the doctors saying they had the results and to book a telephone consultation, which I did and the first they could get me in was next Wednesday. So should I assume there is nothing wrong since that is quite a wait? I hate not knowing.

At my doctors they ring with an appointment straight away if they find anything. I would take it as a good sign
