Fodmap diet

Grin I'm aware fodmap is an Australia research project. But has any mn people done it or tried it with dc?
Ds is undergoing gastro input. Not ruled out coeliac or inflammatory bowel stuff but looking at irritable bowel first. Smile

I've done it,many it helped hugely. It takes a while to get the hang of it, and you're better off doing with the help of a dietitian, especially if you're doing it for a DC.
There are several FB groups for FODMAP. I belong to a UK one, and a FODMAP for foodies.
Monash university who are the ones who started it all, have an app that you can download. It gets updated from time to time as well. It's definitely worth having.
