In half way through introducing soya using the soya ladder. But I'm getting confused, it says at the end of the ladder to increase soya milk by an ounce every 3 days until intake is a pint per day without a reaction. My girl doesn't drink a pint of milk a day as it is and now trying to get her to drink a different milk and that much will be very hard. Do I substitute her normal milk she has in the bottles for soya? Ahh any help will be great I don't know anyone who has done the soya ladder so feel quite alone x

Hi mummy,

It is stressful isn't it! Have you already done soya yoghurt and desserts with soya in? A lot of the desserts have a very high concentration of soya, could you try those instead?

Thanks for replying x
Yeah I've tried the soya yoghurt and rice pudding made with soya milk
Started the neat milk tomorrow starts with teaspoon then an ounce them increase by ounce every 3 days until a pint. Think I'll just increase it to as much as she'll drink in a day. Even if she'll drink it thinks she's finding it quite sweet. I bought the alpro children's 1+ but it is sweet so also got in unsweetened soya milk.
So stressful! I've got the milk ladder next, that'll be fun

Mummy, good luck with that, you seem to be doing really well.

I just started the milk ladder with LO and thought everything was going well until the waking up a night started again and a bad rash on her bottom. Hmm Will be stopping that for now.
