Tumble drying mattress and duvet allergy covers? The lable says its ok to tumble dry on a 'low' setting. Has anyone done this?

Hi,
Just put Ds mattress covers and duvet and pillow covers in the wash for the first time. these are allergy covers and the label says its ok to wash at 70 and tumble dry on low.

will it be ok if i use a delicate cycle on my tumble dryer or should i not risk it?

the covers are really expensive from an approved allergy company in uk
