Perrennial Rhinitis-13 year old DS, any tips how to manage?

Hi,
My son has severe rhinitis, pretty much all year round. This effects his sleep and he constantly blows his nose. How can we manage this? nose sprays did not help that much and he doesn't take antihistamine daily so it hasn't been effective.
