For the last year or so I've noticed that if I eat bread my heart beats rapidly for a couple of hours.
I seem to be able to eat cake (homemade) but all breads are out. As a result I do avoid bread now, but have just eaten porridge (which has gluten) & my heart is throbbing now - I ate it about 30-45 mins ago.
I've had a coeliac test at the drs which was negative.
Any clues ?
