my SIL little boy suffers terribly with car (motion sickness). He has only just turned one and every time they go out in the car for a journey irrespective of length of time he projectile vomits. The only time he doesn't is when they travel whilst he is sleeping. Don't think you can give them Phenergan until they are 2.....any other ideas?
