Hi everyone
I'm hoping for a little advice as my poor 7 week old is really struggling with his tummy. Just had yet another few hours of screaming. We r wondering if he has an intolerance. So far he has cow and gate anti reflux formula along with ranitidine which has generally made him a lot happier, however, he is still upset after each feed.
By the afternoon he starts getting really bad smelly wind (bottom end).
By the evening, he is screaming about it. He also wakes in the night upset and passing wind. He is not constipated.
We r wondering if he has an intolerance but with so many products and suggestions we don't seem to b able to think clearly with this any more. Has anyone any ideas if this is an intolerance or what else we can try?
Tried tummy massage, all winding positions we can think of, gripe water etc, colief and gaviscon.
His symptoms:
Reflux
Smelly gas (lots of it!!!)
Tummy pain
Screams after bottles
Generally unsettled
