Don't live in UK so pls don't suggest some divine perfect only available in Waitrose heaven sent snack pls. Germany not as overflowing with GF alternatives and varieties. Don't want GF chic chip cookies or über crap preservative-laden sugar dry not very tasty imitation of something that IRL is nice.

Serioulsy can't think of anything and often need to grab stuff to bring with me to work. Bloody rice cakes. and bananas.

no, as in the title, i can't eat tree nuts or peanuts, most fruit, and high levels of lactose. As well as gluten.

Gluten free oatcakes and jam/ marmite/ pate?

Can you do fermented milk, ie yoghurt?

Bacon wrapped round prunes or sausage if prunes too fruity?

Cold meat with olives/ sundries toms?

Wasabi coated peas?

M&S ones the nicest?

Can you look at some protein bar recipes too?

Lactose free cheese cubes with cornichons or silver skin onions.

I'm severely lactose intolerant too, but I can eat nuts.
When I'm out for the day/overnight for work I take bananas and almonds. But that doesn't help you, I'm afraid.
I buy Nak'd bars for treats. Are any of those nut free? I can't eat even gf oats (no idea why) so no sensible suggestions on oaty things.

The internet is full of shredded cauliflower for healthy treats atm. Why don't you google that (probably along with terms such as "I am a paleo god") and see if there is anything you can make in bulk each weekend to break into snacks.

Can you eat eggs? Cold hardboiled eggs to take with you? Or cut up with some avocado?

These are nice. I also like roasted soya beans.

Or crudités and hummus or white bean dip. These take some prep but I used to chop large batches of veg at once and they'd last a few days in the fridge.

Plain salted tortilla/corn chips? Sunflower seeds? Do you have any supermarkets/corner shops catering to other cultures that happen to have snack foods that fit your needs?

After the challenges of the varying likes and dislikes of 4 kids over the years, my interest in food, and willingness to spend any time on it is virtually nil. I totally envy my dog's 1 scoop of plain dog food, same thing, day in, day out, takes 0 thought and 0 time and 0 effort. My ideal meal.

All these things sound so lovely but I have to get 4 dc out of the house by 7.30, and have walked the dog too. So I usually don't have time for breakfast (i.e. never) so need something quick I can just grab.

I can't eat oats, but on the positive side you can't get oat cakes in Germany. I like some of the nak'd bars, but can't get them either.

Which is why, pretty much every day for the last 2 years I have had rice cakes and bananas.

I guess I'm contradicting my dog food desire, but I don't think I am. I mean, no one likes chewing on a dry rice cake IRL do they?

I am severely lactose intolerant, I can't eat most of the vegetables and fruits, but luckily I can eat nuts. So, whenever I go somewhere I bring nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, chestnuts, coconut chips), bananas or other fruits I can eat (kiwis, oranges, berries...) in case I get hungry.
I always eat at home before I go to work, so I can survive only on fruits, nuts and seeds until dinner at home.
Sometimes I bring salads with lactose free cheese or eggs or meat to work.
Although, I have rice cakes at home, I never bring them with me. To be honest, I've never tried them before because they look like styrofoam. :D
There are plenty of recipes for cookies which are gluten or dairy free and not hard to make. You should try. :)
