Dust Mite Allergy

Any advise on what equipment to use in order to reduce/kill dust mites around the house, please.
Which vacuum cleaner/attachment is best?
Are the ones with UV lamps useful?

Same issue here -ds2 can't breathe through his nose by evening and needs to clear throat mucus mornings.
A half dose of anti histamine is not sorting it.
Would particularly appreciate advice on bedding.
