What does your LO's allergic reaction look like?

DS has multiple allergies and at 15 months we reintroduced dairy with a malted biscuit.

The result appeared to be a restless few nights (and still continuing) and some redness (not much; no hives) on the back. Would this be classed as a reaction?

It can be. My DS has really obvious reactions. Don't offer anything else for 3 days and see if the reaction clears.

Have you seen the group CMPA on Facebook? Really helpful and there's always someone around with tips/recipes etc x

Thanks Mrs. May I have the link to the CMPA group please?

DS has a delayed CMPA so his reactions are not immediately obvious.

The first sign has always disturbed sleep which can go on for days and is a killer! He also gets funny poo which is acrid smelling and burns his bum. Reflux and general irritability usually follow and it can last 5-10 days, he will then get dry skin patches about two weeks later.

Hope things have settled down Smile

Superworm, Thanks! Its so hard to know what exactly it is. I am thinking of getting an atopy patch test done privately.
