working with schools and restaurants giving allergy training as there is new food regulations coming in to effect in December this year.
Also the free school meals for KS1 is starting in September so am sure that some schools will be interested in updating allergy training and knowledge.

Its a job I have been dreaming of for years! so wish me luck!

That's great news. Well done, congratulations and good luck!

You have earned this dream job - not only because of the knowledge and skills you have gained, but also because of your long-term commitment to helping other people who are struggling to deal with allergies. I've been reading this allergy board for years now, I know you have done lots of allergy-related stuff on a voluntary basis, and I have always been impressed by your concern for other people, your balanced approach and the good quality of the information you give.

Again, I say congratulations!

Well done. I know your name from advice you've given on posts here over the years and I know when ds2 was first diagnosed and I felt like I was going crazy with no one to talk to, you were one of those posters who gave sound advice and helped me feel able to cope with his diagnosis. I'm so glad that someone with your commitment and knowledge has got a job like this. Smile
