Nutramigen experiences please

Hi My DS2 now 7 months started Nutramigen 2 over a month ago for suspected CMPI. The first week we noticed no change then following this we had a week and a half of having the happiest little boy. I was thrilled and thought we had finally cracked what was causing his fussiness and feeding problems. However since then things have started going down hill. He is not as fussy as he was and he takes his bottles better than before nutramigen 2 but he is not happy I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? If so did you go on to try nutramigen AA? I've been watching his food intake trying to see if there are links but can't see any definite link

A lot of CMP allergy babies can't handle Nutramigen.

DD2 has a CMP allergy and is ebf but tried giving her some Nutramigen a couple of months ago and she was quite unwell over the next 24hrs - stomach pains, sickness, explosive nappy.

Changed to Neocate and she's been able to tolerate the tiny bits she has had very well.

DD1 was also CMP allergic, she was also ebf but used formula for weaning, she reacted to Nutramigen and Nutramigen AA but was ok with Neocate.

My DS reacted to nutramigen. He was then prescribed neocate, which he was fine with.
