Got bitten by something on Sunday, my ankle was swollen so I wrapped it up and waited till I could go to the walk in clinic when I took the bandage off It was bite and some blister look thing type thing, now my whole foot is swollen and they gave me flucloxacillin, getting really worried now tho

Keep taking the flucloxacillin and keep an eye on it. Perhaps draw round any redness so you can see if it spreads. Possibly some ibuprofen to reduce swelling and any pain.
Go back straight away if you start to feel worse. develop a high temperature and feel flu like. The antibiotic will take about 24-48 hours to start to make a noticeable difference but you shouldn't feel worse.

i have been taking them since Tuesday (flucloxacillin) how long will it take to disappear as it has to be gone by the 19th

Has it improved at all? If not go back to the GP. Should be gone by the 19th although some marks may remain, that depends on your propensity to scar really.
