I am a member of a charity called Action Against Allergy - they publish fantastic allergy books - check out 'Cakes and Cookies For Children On Restricted Diets'!! They also publish a newsletter a few times a year - some really interesting articles by doctors who actually seem to know what they are talking about (unike my GP)the most recent one on Lactose Intolerance was fascinating. Thanks for this information, My DS has eczema and lactose intolerance, plus nut and egg allergies oh the joys! so will definatley have a look at this!
