How long between eating and symptoms?

Just that really. I have long suspected that I am intolerant to something but never kept a food diary or persued this. After eating, within 15 minutes, I often have stomach cramps and wind. Is that too soon for symptoms if I am intolerant?

It varies from person to person. 15 mins doesn't sound unusual.

Ah thanks. I thought that it was just a coincidence but recently it seems to be most times that I eat. Time to keep a note of it then. I thought that it would take a few hours for anything to start.
