I have just found out via blood test that I have cows milk intolerance. Ive been told to avoid it for a month then re-introduce it gradually.
Can i ask if anyone can tell me what this means . Is this commenon -? do i need to be tested for lactose intolernace also? Should I now avoid this for the rest of my life? Im hoping if i eliminate it from my diet it may help my migraines but Im not sure what other impact it will have on me if I continue eating/drinking it.
