i've had eczema since i was weaned at 6 months, i have been dairy free for many years and have a range of different medication and creams to use, i also have colitis, hayfever and mild asthma, because my hayfever is bad my eczema is bad, incredibly itchy, scratching myself to pieces especially at night so therefore waking up in the night, setting off colitis, also waiting for implantation any day, so tired and so itchy, all advise welcome!!
i take multivitamins, cod liver oil, evening primrose oil and antihistamines, along with eye drops and nose spray for hayfever, creams i have are epadrem, double base, diprobase, hydrocortisone 1%.
i know i need to eliminate stress in order for the ivf to work so i've just ordered some cotton to try and stop me scratching at night!

Don't know if I'll be any help but my sixteen year old is the same with scratching, through trial error the only thing we found that works is aveeno oat based creams and also an oat bath, different things work for different people but it's worth a shot, the oat stuff is expensive but you can get it on prescription

Hi I think I can help you!! I want to recommend some amazing products which have helped numerous people in the same position as you!! They are all Aloe Vera based and as natural as you can get!! First the Aloe Vera Gel juice which will help you over all with all these problems, helping maintain a healthy digestive system and skin and overall body!!! For the skin conditions I recommend the Aloe Propolis cream which has a a amazing effect on all skin problems!!! For the hay fever there are these amazing tablets made from bee pollen called Forever Bee Propolis!! This also helps maintain a healthy respiratory system, so perfect for your asthma!! Have a look at my website www.ledgerbeauty.myforever.biz/store and if you have any more questions on other products then don't hesitate to message me either on my Facebook or email me at [email protected]. I hope this has helped!! Charlotte x
