Hi Jennie, Is she crying non-stop or just on and off? My ds cried so much with his first injections that I nearly took him to A&E its heartbreaking. I gave ds some calpol and he seemed to settle then, but I still felt like the worst person in the world. Big hugs for you X

thnaks for the reply, for twelve hours she winged and cried non stop then it has settled down but it seems she has the stomach ache, i gave her calpol, i am hoping it will last only 24-48hrs how long was your ds crying.
i am so dreading the next two injections knowing what is to come

Hi Jennie, Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Ds cried on and off for a while can't remember how long for - sorry, but it wasn't so much how long it was the type of cry, like he was in severe pain.
He was really ratty for about 24 hours but wasn't himself for about 3 days. It was much better the second time and although I hate taking him for his injections, just remember you are doing the best for your dd in the long run. Hope you are doing better today. XX

hi ,thanks for the messages, dd is still not right, think she is constipated now so its making her misearble, still crying when she is pcked up as if she is in pin.
having bad time and feel really low today , my ds has tonsilitis and possibly scarlet fever, so he is moaning and with ds crying its all getting too much. i feel my life is not my own.then i feel so guilty for resenting them.
i get to the point where i find myself wishing the day away til the evening when they are in bed. today i ended up screaming at them just as a release. lets hope tomoorows a better day
