Any experts on coeliac and HLA-typing?

I have two coeliac sons. My 3yo daughter has just had the HLA-typing blood test which shows positive for DQ2 (the same gene as her brothers).

I am trying to find data which gives her risk for developing coeliac in the future. Can anyone help?

I know the general risk for a sibling is 10%, and I have found a research study which suggests that if the DQ2 genotype is also present, that goes up to between 30% and 40%.

Is anyone able to point me to more studies or information?

Many thanks.
