Elimination diet: how to reintroduce?

I have been trying out an elimination diet to try and improve my rosacea which flared up in pregnancy (currently 28 weeks). Over the last month or so I've cut out gluten (used to love porridge every am), dairy (though still eat butter), eggs and various other foods that I read could sometimes trigger rosacea (e.g. bananas, citrus fruits, avocado, tomatoes, potatoes). Had already cut out chocolate, caffeine and alcohol. I've been careful to eat a balanced diet e.g. sardines, leafy greens to ensure enough calcium etc.

It has been really hard and I haven't stuck to it completely but have generally noticed a big improvement. Now I need to reintroduce but want to do it carefully so I figure out what the real culprits are.

Any advice on how to do this? Im assuming I need to do one thing at a time so I know what the problem is. But not sure where to start and how much of the food in question to eat for how long.

Has this been done under medical guidance ? Surely you need to be ultra careful whilst pregnant A good .dietitian should be guiding you .
If its for skin issues , then I would rub the food onto my skin first for a few days before trying it .
You can't be dairy free and eat butter !!
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy .
