We have recently gone gulten and wheat free and found my baby is pooing a lot more! She's gone from doing a poo every two days to two poos per day! Anyone experienced this?

Yes that's completely normal. Cutting out gluten will quicken transit time. Gluten - sounds like 'glue' for a reason - it's the bit that makes bread / pizza dough springy and stretchy. But this action also clogs up your colon, slowing down your digestive system, which can create constipation as it sticks to your gut walls like glue.

My daughter (age 3.5) and I are gluten free (I have been for many years), and our digestion is much better for it! so just enjoy feeling lighter!

A healthy bowl transit time is 8-14 hours. So 2 poo's a day is perfect! If you're looking for some interesting gluten free recipes - check out my blog - mydaughterwontsleep.com/gfrecipes/
