I'm egg, dairy & Gluten free (plus some extra no-gos like vegetables and pulses and cocnut and almond)

So what chain restaurant can I go to? Or do I find a cafe? or what?

Best I can come up with is a baked potato & I bring my own 'butter'

Not sure you'll have much luck with chains as so much stuff is prepared offsite and just cooked/reheated in the kitchen.
What about a sushi bar, rice and fish seems safe?

Wagamama is good for special diets I think; they have a big table of all their dishes and which potential allergens they contain.

MegBusset · 08/04/2014 21:03

Wagamama might be OK if you go for the rice noodles?

I did their filter & I can have juice & an ice lolly Wink it's the coconut that is a problem there

Chips often have a coating (I think) it's a bugger!

Pizza express do a gluten free base and I think also do gluten free pasta.

Nandos are very allergy friendly too.

MegBusset · 08/04/2014 21:48

Hmm. Yo Sushi?

KatyMac · 08/04/2014 21:52

OhI could have a gluten free cheese free pizza; that might work

& at Nandos chicken & chips say they are OK

Check the allergy info for Beefeater, Table Table, Ask and Bella Italia. My DS is allergic to milk, wheat, eggs & nuts but can eat something in each of the above restaurants eg grilled chicken breast or steak with plain chips & beans or salad, wheat/gluten free pasta with tomato sauce (no cheese).
