Does this sound like gluten may be a problem?

DD is 10 months and a reluctant weaner. She still has two bottles during the night and to try and reduce this I gave her weetabix before bed. We then had about six hours of crying, writhing and farting before she finally settled. I didn't make the connection and gave her some more last night with the same result.
Should I be getting her looked at for gluten intolerance or just avoiding it near bedtime or reducing it in general?
(We have shellfish, lactose and nut allergies in immediate family.)
TIA.

I have some baby porridge which I'll try tonight instead. Was wondering how an intolerance might present.
