Constantly upset stomach. What to do?

I have always had a sensitive stomach. I used to get an upset stomach around exams/ high stress situations when I was younger.
Now recently I have started to suffer from stomach cramps and loose stomach almost constantly. It usually starts when I eat something. I have noticed that eating spinach, spicy food, chick peas, red beans and fish definetly cause upset. But sometimes it's a random thing like tea which just triggers it.
Also when I wake up in the morning I drink water. That causes a LOT of wind and stomach cramps.
Could it be that I'm allergic to something? What should I do?

Something is irritating it. That sounds pretty tiring.
Have you a food diary? If not keep a detailed one for 4weeks and see if patterns.
Do you take a pro-botic to help your digestive system?
