MPI and veggie - ways of increasing calories in solids?

My LO is MPI (not sure about soya yet) and being weaned veggie. I know about protein sources etc but at the moment she is losing weight as she has finally started eating some solids (not been at all keen and is now 9 months) and dropping milk as a result.

I obviously want to encourage the solids but wondered how to increase calorie content of foods without being able to use cheese etc. She doesnt eat much volume wise.

Any suggestions?

thanks

Add her milk to everything or otherwise things like olive oil, flaxseed oil, etc
