Weird rash / allergy ?

Hi all
Daughter 3 Has a strange rash on her bum.
It follows the line of her pants but doesn't extend to the foofal area or round the front only covers her bum.
All her clothes are washed in the same stuff but the doctor says it's an allergic reaction has any one any experience of a similar localised reaction??

Yes. I can only use Persil on my dds clothes - any other incl fairy brings out bottom rashes. Also get the same effect to a certain extent when their jeans have got wet & cold (playing in water/snow) and it's then on the backs of legs too.
