I love the sushi you can buy in tesco in the small packets but since being diagnosed with coeliac disease I'm wondering if it's a no no. I know I can't have the soy sauce or wasabi paste but surely the rest is ok? Unless there's a cross-contamination risk?

Are there any gluten free alternatives? I just miss it so much!

Most of it is ok. My coeliac DS likes the M&S and pret a manger sushi, he can't have the soy sauce and the tuna sushi (I think the tuna is mixed with sauce). The labelling was really clear on what he could have.

M&s seem really good with regards to gluten so I might take a trip there, only trouble being my nearest one is 30mins away. Thanks charming
