Milk introduction

My 16 mth old ds is going through the malted milk introduction programme.

He's allergic to milk but now after 5 months can tolerate a whole biscuit and milk baked in other forms such as other biscuits and scotch pancakes.

He is obviously still on alpro soya +1 to drink and as I'm still breastfeeding I'm on soya milk too.

My question is, when do I reintroduce dairy into my own diet? Now his tolerance is greater, should I try drinking milk again? This wasn't covered by the dietician

What is this programme? Are you in the UK?

I am!

We started with a small crumb each day and gradually built it up over about 2 months. Ds had no reaction throughout so we've moved onto other things such as other biscuits containing milk, shop bought scones, scotch pancakes and sausage rolls
