ds had a milk intolerance from 6 months and has been dairy free since.

hes now 19 months and were doing his dairy food trial to see if he's able to tolerate it now

so far hes had malted milk biscuit, cheese cube, yoghurt and im up to a 50% mix of milk in his dairy free formula so its going very well.

do I just keep upping the milk to formula ratio until its 100% milk and if ok declare him ok for milk now? ive lost the 2nd sheet of the trial so abit stuck

thanks Smile

Yes, just add in gradually and if you notice any problems then reduce back again. My 2 had the same thing - both grown out by 1 year (first child 1 year to the dot!). We did the adding in, cutting back a few times - tried a little more every few weeks or so. Butter is much better tolerated than milk, cream or cheese. Hope this helps
