Would I be informed of allergy tests on an 8 month old in advance?

We have a 2nd appointment at the hospital following my baby being diagnosed with a Cows milk protein allergy, ( diagnosed from my description of her symptoms to dairy when I was breastfeeding and when she was about 4 months and had a severe reaction to aptimal formula) she is on Nutriragem formula and I expected a follow up visit to the hospital as she is now weaning.
I am just wondering what to expect will they do any tests? I would have thought they would explain in the appoint letter to let me know? But they haven't mentioned it, I sort of want to know to be certain what she is allergic to as I suspect she has issues with egg, sesame seeds and tuna and salmon as she's reacted to these through baby led weaning introduction.

I am struggling with what to give her in terms of soya, other forms of dairy type foods. So would like some answers. I think I'm also abit nervous as I am having to go on my own with her as my partner is working, he's the practical one and I know I will get flustered.

Anyone any ideas or have been in a similar situation.

For my Dd we had an appointment at 9 months. Our letter just told us we had an appointment, no further info.

They did a skin prick test, and we met with a dietician who gave us wonderful advice for substitutes etc.

If there is a phone number for the clinic, call and ask. Apparently we had an additional sheet missing in our first letter.

If a skin prick test is being done, you need to avoid certain medicines that contain antihistamin, as it can skew the results.

We had our 1st appointment last week - they basically tested for allergens based on what we told them in our consultation, so cat fur as we have a cat, and dust mites as we said he gets congested, then just the most common food allergens (dairy, soya, egg, peanut).

It was basically limited based on the size of his arms so they could only fit 6 on!

I write down the questions I have to ask the doctor and what u would like them to test for as I know I get similarly flustered. I don't think we were informed that they would do tests at the first appointment but we were subsequently.
