Fish fingers?

Are fish fingers ok for a CMPA DC? There is no milk listed in the ingredients but batter is??

We buy these www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=268201507 and they are fine for egg and CMP allergy. The ingredients show what is in the breadcrumb and the batter.

The ingredient list is:
Cod Fillet (58%),Breadcrumb ,Batter ,Vegetable Oil
Breadcrumb: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Paprika, Turmeric
Batter: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Potato Starch

My cmpa ds has had birds eye fish fingers a few times and has never had so much as a tiny reaction! He loves them!
