Egg allergy with Eosoinophilic Oesophagitis?

My ds(6) was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Oesophagitis earlier this year after years of being told he had reflux and CMP intolerance. He had an endoscopy and biopsies with PH monitoring.

He was allergy (skin prick) tested a couple of months ago as he had a severe reaction to a drug.
He only tested positive to dairy, but in the last few weeks he has come up with whole body urticaria with several things; shampoo, guinea pigs (he's denying this as he wants to keep them) and tonight he had an egg and within a minute had a tingling tongue and was then vomiting.

He's always been OK with things with cooked egg in before and has eaten eggs before without this reaction.
Can anyone shed any light on why he's suddenly more atopic.
