we are looking to go on a winter sun holiday in January. Our son is allergic to nuts, dairy and eggs so want to find somewhere we can cater for him. Does anyone have any good recommendations for hotels who have been good coping with catering for those with allergies? Ideally looking at Caribbean or Mexico 4 or 5 star, but open to suggestions.
