Hi
My son has recently started taking aptamil pepti 2 and has been put on a dairy and soya free diet! this is for an unconfirmed cmpi. He has been on this diet and formula for over a week now and he is being sick even more than when on regular formula!
Has anyone any experience of using aptamil pepti? Is the sickness reaction to the new formula or just his body getting used to new diet?

i would expect to see an improvement within a week or so tbh (although this is only based on my own experiences and what I've read online)
I think it's definitely worth you calling the paediatrician and discussing what to do next.
It may be that he simply cannot tolerate the pepti either and needs an entirely synthetic formula such as neocate

how old is he?

He's 11months old. Sickness has now decreased to just his morning bottle! But he is getting so upset when sick!
