I find it difficult getting milk into my 14mo DD. She will have about 2/3 oz in the morning and even less at night, will not accept it during the day.
If I flavour the milk she'll drink a cup after lunch as a dessert. I use Ella's kitchen fruit pouches to flavour it (she likes strawberry the best, mango is good too).
I'm hoping to gradually reduce the amount of fruit in it, bringing it back to just milk but fruit is better than nesquick etc imo. You could
make your own smoothies with him if he'll enjoy that?
