DD has had blood results and she's showing a low score for soya. Her eczema is awful atm so we're going to cut it out for a month and see how it goes.

Any top tips welcome, esp for df / ef / sf bread!

Thank you x

It's a while since I've had to buy soya free bread, but M&S used to do a couple of loafs that were soya free and the tesco finest oatmeal used to be soya free. Don't know if they even still exist but at least a place to start looking!

Part baked baguettes and wraps are normally soya free.

Aldi "wheatfield" bread contains wheat and gluten according to the label (cannot guarantee nut free).
Likewise Aldi "specially selected" multigrain batch loaf.
Tesco wholewheat pitta bread is fine too.
I can't vouch for any other bread products right now, that's what I have in anyway.

Ooh, great news about Aldi as that's my regular haunt!

Good to know about wraps and part baked baguettes.

Thanks so much Smile
